David Stockman is a former Michigan congressman who served as national budget director in the Reagan administration and is the author of a new book, ”The Great Deformation: The Corruption of Capitalism in America .” His book points to how interference by both liberals and neoconservatives has negatively impacted the economy and directs the blame at the adherents of what he calls ”crony capitalism.” It’s a presentation that anyone concerned about our economy and the direction we’re moving will want to hear. It’s free, of course, and we’ll have books for sale and signing at this event.
