Temple Grandin is one of the world’s best-known adults with autism. With a PhD in animal science, six bestselling books to her credit and a selection by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people of the year, she is an accomplished figure who is in demand for lectures around the country. Her work has been noted in major newspapers and magazines, and the HBO movie about her life received seven Emmy Awards. We are pleased to have her make a special appearance for the Georgia Center for the Book. Doors will open at 6 p.m., ans seating is on a first-come, first-seated, basis. We will have copies of the new book on hand for you to purchase and have signed this evening.
